It’s with great pleasure that we The Central & East and North East of Scotland RSOC announce “FORD LIVE” 2012. Our apologies for the date change but due to the recent announcement of The RS Owners Club National Day 2012 we felt moving our day would allow a higher success rate and help people afford to attend more events during these current hard times ensuring shows don’t fall every weekend. The format for the event will be very similar to last year, anyone requiring further information on any aspect of the show please get in touch with us using the contact details on the base of our flyer. We have managed to secure a slightly lower entry cost for RSOC members this year of £7 per person, this can only be obtained by booking online in advance through Knockhills website using code – RSOC2012 For all you hardened track nuts the popular FORD/RSOC Member sessions will again take place, final numbers will dictate how many we actually have! As an RSOC member you will be able to obtain track time for the reduced cost of £50 by calling Knockhill, quoting RSOC12 and your RSOC membership number. Unfortunately last year there were a few cars who slipped the net and in turn managed to grab a bargain!! Feel free to book more than one session if you wish!!!!!! Should you not be a member of The RSOC you can still pre book your track time at £60 or even wait until the actual day itself and pay £65, taking last year’s numbers into account which were the highest Knockhill has had in some time I’d advise all to book ASAP!!! The track time will comprise of one time window (session) per hour, this will ultimately depend on the amount of cars that enter, less cars will in turn create more track time, it is envisaged that there will be a maximum of six sessions per hour resulting in a minimum of around 10 minutes every hour from 9am – 5pm with the exception of an hours grace during the lunch break. Passenger passes and second driver passes will also be available, prices to follow. This is a professionally run event by Scotland’s top motorsport specialists, full emergency, breakdown, marshal and medic services are all available on site. Charlie Shaw will also be in attendance at the event with his 800bhp Focus, a must see for anybody who has never witnessed his machine in operation!!! AWESOME!!!!!
