here are a few details for our show this sunday - entry time is 8.30am (for show cars only) and is £7 per car for entry - pre paid ticket holders please have tickets ready - (for people who turn up on the day can we please ask you to bring the correct money for entry (( saves us running out of coins)) - thank you - general public entry is 10.30am - anyone arriving, not in an RS or for a pre booked stand, will have to park in the general car park and pay general addmission prices £7 per person at 10.30 - there will be food served in the venues cafe/dining area only - other light refreshments will be available here also - alternatively you may bring your own picnic lunches - road sign arrows will be in place from the A351 that heads south towards Wareham ( there is a speed camera on this road !!!! ) - head west from Wareham on the A352 for a mile then left on the B3070 to East Lulworth village where you will find the castle entrance on your right - people coming from the west via Dorchester and then Wool and onto East Lulworth Dorset has a large number of mobile speed camera vans (you have been warned !!!! can i please ask you to respect the speed limits through the village - this is our first show at this new venue and we would like not to upset the locals (thanks again) can five a side teams please register at the signing on tent - the draw will be made at 10.45 with the matches starting at 11.00 prizegiving and raffle will follow the final at 2.30 ........ and yes there will be extra time and penalties if required ( get practising !) so, hope you have a safe trip down here and Dorset group will see you there graeme
Hi Graeme, Just to confirm that i will be attening you show, i'll be bringing the Cossy, but dont have a pass, can i park in the gernaral RS area, as i have info in the boot i will need to have access to all day. If so plase can you add my name to the list. CheeRS, Mike
