Why does this always clash with the AVO National Day?

Sorry Duncan, can't make this, got roped in to the AVO show 12 months ago, bit rude to back out now.

right a little update

karting will be £5 for 5 minutes, but iam also trying to get a good rate for 15 and 30 minutes as well, karting for sunday will be an arrive and drive format and i have booked the track from 11am to 2pm there will also be a trophy and maybe a prize as well for the fastest lap on sunday.
As for traders iam ringing around and so far getting a good vibe from most so lets hope they turn up.
Latter next week i will post up all the car groups that have rang me for a stand so to make sure i havent missed any one.

UPDATE

for people that want to come to the show but are not in a group or your group are not coming to the show, dont worry as there will be parking for rs cars only and this will be in the same area as the show so it will look like a club stand.
