LULWORTH CASTLE - SUN.11th JUNE 2006 group and individual tickets can be purchased from mrs karen evans, on 07971 062725 during eves (not too late !) or weekends and are priced at £7.00 per car - show car entry time is from 10.30 (there will be admission on the day, however we advise you to book in advance for a guaranteed place) - this is for entrance to the show, castle and its grounds - public entry time will be 10.30 am and is £7.00 per person - shop, refreshments and catering is served in the grounds cafe - the show will have all the usual rs activities - there will be awards for show and shine, best group, individual cars and non rs performance car groups etc - there will also be other classic and vintage cars on display throughout the day there will be the inter-group 5-a-side footy taking place (nothing too strenuous) - if your group is entering a team please tell karen when ordering tickets ........... and lets hope we can celebrate an england win the day before in style !!! this is our first show at a great new venue - we look forward to seeing you there graeme, ed. for more information check out the websites www.dorset-rsoc.co.uk www.lulworth.com
many thanks for all the interest shown so far - tickets are now printed and will be available as from next weekend (easter) - for clubs wishing to attend, we would like groups of more than five cars showing to pay in advance so we atleast know how many will be arriving for club stands and we can allocate you an area (**groups turning up on the day without a minimum of five tickets will be parked in the general rs parking**) - like we said, there will be admittance on the day, but we'll need know from the regional group how many are likely to turn up - a "flyer ticket" will be sent out with the pre-purchase tickets, so that the "on the day" members can be fast tracked into the site to their regional stand - there will also be general rs parking on the show ground for non regional owners who turn up - no one will be turned away !! - thanks again graeme - ed.
we are looking into some people displaying rs motorsport cars for our show - beaulieu used to attract some nice 500's and an ex works eaton yale car - if you would like to display again at the dorset show in june we would be grateful - im sorry i dont your names but if you are interested (or other members know them) can you please contact us through the usual channels many thanks
ok just to let u know the ford escort owners club (feoc) will be there as we love this show every year
who's coming can group event organizers please mail me just to say if they intend to have a stand at the show and how many cars roughly they want space for - we have to "measure the field" soon for a plan for the day and we are wondering how many more clubs will need a stand - there will be a rs only parking area at the show for those who dont belong to a group and just fancy a bimble down here for the day - tickets are now availible for the show (details above ) regards graeme - ed.
